TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online bookings for parking at East Coast Parking. The agreement is between You and East Coast Parking once a booking is made and You receive our booking confirmation email.

– All vehicles entering East Coast Parking must agree to the Terms and Conditions prior to entering. If You do not agree upon entering, You must leave the premises immediately.

– Rates advertised on our website relate to open air parking, undercover parking is also available at a higher rate. Prices may be subject to change during peak periods and will be advised prior to or at the time of booking.

- Booking Fee of $5.50 applies to all bookings made.

– Payment for parking and any other fees that may be incurred in relation to Your vehicle, must be paid in full at the time of booking.

– No refunds will apply to any vehicle being picked up earlier than the scheduled booking date or time. Any changes to the booking must be made by contacting the office directly.

- Cancellations made up to 72 hours from entry date attract a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of entry date will incur full booking price as cancellation fee.

– East Coast Parking has a right by law to retain the vehicle as well as retain a lien on your vehicle, if any conditions are breached, or if all money owed is not paid in full.

– East Coast Parking reserves the right to cancel Your booking and the use of Its car park at any time.

– East Coast Parking may hand over a vehicle to any person that produces to East Coast Parking or any of Its employees vehicle receipt or other evidence of ownership or authority to take possession of the vehicle if we believe the documentation to be satisfactory.

– East Coast Parking has the right to Your vehicles keys to move the vehicle within the car park for practical/safety reasons.

– East Coast Parking is not responsible for any damage that may occur whilst parking in Its car park. East Coast Parking will not be held liable for any loss or damage of property inside vehicles parked on Its premises.

– Limited by law, East Coast Parking restricts Its liability for any guarantee, warranty or condition that is stated in these terms & Conditions under the Competition & Consumer Act 2010.

- East Coast Parking is entitled to refuse access to Its car park if the customer has not paid in full prior to the day of vehicle booking or parking bays are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Its control.

– No employee of East Coast Parking is authorised to hold any goods for safe keeping and It nor any employee are liable in any form of anything alleged to have been given to employees regardless of how that loss or damage is caused.

– The East Coast Parking electric chargers are supplied at the customers own risk. You are liable for any damage that may be caused by the use of the electric chargers, whether directly, or in connection to its usage.

– Personal information is required in order for any booking to occur, if You do not provide this information, Your booking will be denied.

– Any future changes to our Terms & Conditions and pricing may occur without notice and updated on our website.
