Yes. You can select your preferred parking space and make payment online to confirm your reservation.
We have a FREE shuttle service that runs continuously between the car park and the Brisbane International Cruise Ship Terminal. We are conveniently located only 1 kilometre from the terminal!
Our compound is fully secured. It is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras. We also have a 24/7 caretaker who lives onsite as well as a security dog! These measures ensure that your vehicle is protected at all times whilst in our care
Yes. You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to entry date. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior will attract a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 72 hours of entry date, you will forfeit your entire payment
Preferred payment method is by credit card online to confirm your booking. Cash payments are welcome however there is no guarantee your space is secured unless prior payment is made. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions
The car park operates on cruise ship days. Arrangements outside of these times can be be made prior by contacting us
