Booking Guidelines
Prices are inclusive of GST and include drop-offs to Domestic & International Terminals.
Shuttle arrangements must be made on bookings for all bookings outside these hours (7am - 7pm).
Prices are for airport parking customers.
Larger vehicles, trucks, motorhomes, caravans and trailer parking available.

Is the shuttle service available for all parking options?
Yes, our free shuttle service is available for all customers parking in our secure open-air and undercover facilities.
Is there a height or size limit for vehicles?
Yes. The current height restriction for vehicles in our undercover parking area is 2.3 metres.
Do you offer assistance with luggage?
Our team can help you with your baggage on request if you’re having difficulty. Simply talk to a member of staff. If you have special requirements, let us know so we can continue to support you.
What happens if my return date changes?
Simply notify us of the change so we can amend your booking. Then, you can pay any additional fees over the phone.
What happens if I lose my vehicle receipt or proof of booking?
If you misplace your receipt or proof of booking, talk to our team. We will ask you for your ID to prove who you are before releasing the vehicle. This system keeps you and other customers safe and prevents fraud.
