Welcome to East Coast Parking! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. By completing a booking, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with East Coast Parking for the parking services described in your booking.

1.2. All bookings must be made via our website at https://eastcoastparking.com.au/, or by contacting our customer service team.

1.3. Payments for parking services are to be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

2.1. Cancellations 72 Hours or More Prior to Arrival:
If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before your scheduled arrival time, a $25 cancellation fee per person will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.

2.2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours of Arrival:
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival time, no refund will be provided.

2.3. No-Shows:
No refunds will be provided for failure to arrive on the scheduled booking date.

3. Arrival & Parking

3.1. You must arrive at the designated parking facility within the time frame specified during your booking to ensure availability.
3.2. East Coast Parking is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from your late arrival.

3.3. All vehicles parked on the premises are done so at the vehicle owner’s own risk. East Coast Parking takes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or personal property left inside.

4. Liability

4.1. While East Coast Parking takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all vehicles, we cannot accept liability for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or their contents.

4.2. East Coast Parking is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1. East Coast Parking reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

6. Privacy

6.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.
