East Coast Parking provides cruise and airport parking booking services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app or website to make a booking.
When you make a booking or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle registration details, and booking details (dates, times, service selected, cruise ship or flight information where relevant).
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. East Coast Parking does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC — these are handled entirely within Stripe’s secure systems.
We use your information to process and confirm bookings, provide customer support, send booking confirmations and receipts, and manage your account and rewards if you have one. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share limited booking information with trusted service providers who help us operate — specifically our payment processor (Stripe) and our booking/customer management systems — solely to fulfil your booking. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain booking and account information for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.
To request deletion of your East Coast Parking account and associated personal data, email info@eastcoastparking.com.au with the subject line “Delete My Account,” using the same email address registered to your account. Once verified, we will delete your name, email, phone number, and vehicle details from our systems within 30 days. Booking records required for financial/tax record-keeping purposes may be retained as required by Australian law, with personal identifiers removed where possible.
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
